We aim to ship all Domestic and International orders within 10-14 business days of purchase. During high volume times such as sales or new releases please allow up to 18 business days. Shipping is delayed if we are waiting on a leather or supply shipment.
The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. Lili Collection always ships to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
We are unable to make adjustments to your order’s contents after an order is placed — our office often processes orders within a few hours of them being placed so you must contact us IMMEDIATELY if you notice any discrepancies on your order notification. We are not able to cancel orders once processing begins, so recommend emailing within 2 hours of placing your order if you find the information is not correct.
Packages that are marked as delivered, but are “not received” are the responsibility of the customer to track down. Please check with your neighbors, next to your porch, or your back door. Your local post office can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf, but Lili Collection is not able to track down on our end.
International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes on full retail value, these fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International orders may take up to 6 to 8 weeks for delivery depending on country.
Since each pair of shoes is hand-cut from our hide stock and made to order, we do not offer refunds. For this reason, it is highly recommended measuring your child’s feet prior to placing your order. Returns are not accepted on SAMPLE SALE items, SALE ITEMS, Exclusive or small batch items, or bundles.
We handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds, exchange only on a case-by-case basis. If you feel for some reason you may have received defective or damaged product, we guarantee to replace your item. Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving product. Product must be unworn and in its original packaging. Please note, each pair of shoes will wear differently from child to child and there are many factors to consider such as use, weather and terrain. Dirt, stains, wear in the toe are all considered normal wear and tear.

A: We try to combine multiple orders but it is not always guaranteed. Alternately, you can request that we cancel your order and place a new order with all the items you’d like to purchase, but this must be done within two hours of ordering as we are not able to cancel orders once they begin processing at our office.
